1. Scope of Marketing Services
Sky Loop Agency provides digital growth services including SEO optimization, Meta/Google PPC ad management, Next.js web development, short-form video editing, and WhatsApp API automation. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are governed by mutual service contracts.
2. Ad Spend & Third-Party Platforms
Advertising budgets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or WhatsApp Cloud API are paid directly by the client to the respective platforms. While Sky Loop Agency optimizes campaigns for maximum conversion efficiency, third-party platform algorithm fluctuations remain outside direct agency liability.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients retain 100% ownership of custom websites, creative assets, codebases, and video deliverables produced during their engagement.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
